David Finsterwald

David B. Finsterwald

Dave is a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser through the National Equipment and Business Brokers Institute and has been licensed in the state of Colorado since 1982. He has appraised a wide range of equipment and business assets — from small retail operations to multi-million dollar manufacturing concerns — and has prepared numerous valuations for clients throughout Colorado. Dave has testified in court as an expert witness regarding business and equipment valuations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University, the Master Certified Business Counselor designation from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors, and is an Accredited Business Intermediary through the American Business Brokers Association

Phil Finsterwald

Phillip M. Finsterwald

Phil is a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser through the National Equipment and Business Brokers Institute, having completed a comprehensive course of instruction in equipment valuation. He brings over 28 years of experience in the industry and has personally been involved in the appraisal, sale, and purchase of hundreds of businesses and real property transactions across Colorado. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New York and has been awarded the Master Certified Business Counselor designation from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors

Mark Finsterwald

Mark A. Finsterwald

Mark brings a strong technical and engineering background to equipment appraisal, with hands-on experience across the oil field services and heavy construction industries. He held positions from field engineer up to Senior VP of Operations in Brazil, Venezuela, Angola, and Kuwait, giving him firsthand knowledge of heavy equipment in demanding industrial environments. Mark also owned and managed his own concrete construction business in Florida, specializing in slip-form concrete curbing, sidewalks, and driveways. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and an MBA from Texas Christian University, graduating in the top 10% of his class in 2005.
