Dave has been licensed in the state of Colorado since 1982. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University and is a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser with the National Equipment and Business Brokers Institute. Mr. Finsterwald also holds the designation of Master Certified Business Counselor from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors (ICBC) and the Accredited Business Intermediary by the American Business Brokers Association (ABBA). He has had the opportunity to evaluate a myriad of businesses from small retail to multi-million dollar manufacturing concerns, has prepared numerous valuations for companies locally and throughout the State of Colorado and has testified in court as an expert witness regarding business valuations. Mr. Finsterwald is also Vice President and Managing Broker of National Business Brokers, Ltd.
Phil is a seasoned and highly experienced broker with over 28 years in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Universtity of New York and is a Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser, having completed a comprehensive course of instruction from the National Business Equipment and Business Brokers Institute. Mr. Finsterwald has been awarded a Master Certified Business Counselor designation from the Institute of Certified Business Counselors. He has personally been involved in the sale and purchase of over 525 businesses and real property transcations. Mr. Finsterwald is on the board of directors for the Colorado Donor Awareness Council and also serves on the Religious Advisory Committee.
Mark graduated from Colorado State University with a BS in Civil Engineering, after graduation he worked both domestically and internationally in the oilfield services industry working in various positions from Field Engineer up to Senior VP of Operations. Mark’s experience includes Brazil, Venezuela, Angola and Kuwait. Mark graduated with an MBA from Texas Christian University in 2005, finishing in the top 10% of his graduation class. In addition to his oilfield experience, Mark owned and managed his own concrete construction business in Florida, employing 12 full-time employees and specializing in slip-form concrete curbing, sidewalls, slabs and driveways.
